Cancellation & Refund Policy

By registering for the IT Career Blueprint Bootcamp (Online or Offline) by Softknack/GetCamped, you agree to the following strict cancellation and refund terms. Please read carefully before proceeding with payment.

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. As seats are limited and digital resources (such as Workbooks and Roadmaps) are shared immediately upon registration, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Inability to attend the session for personal or professional reasons.
  • Technical issues at the participant's end (internet/hardware).

2. No-Show Policy

Participation is key to the value of this bootcamp.

  • No Refunds: If you miss the live sessions (Online or Offline), the registration fee will not be refunded.
  • No Carry-Forward: Fees will not be credited or carried forward to future batches.

3. Cancellation by Organizer (Softknack/GetCamped)

In the unlikely event that Softknack/GetCamped cancels the event due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., instructor illness, severe technical failure, or force majeure):

  • A 100% refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original source of payment within 7–10 working days.
